1. How do I choose the right size? 我该如何选择适合自己的尺寸？
Each product comes with its own size chart.
If you're unsure which size to choose, feel free to contact our Customer Care team with your:
- Height
- Weight
- Bust
- Waist
- Hip measurements (if available)
We'll be happy to recommend the most suitable size for you.

2. Do you restock sold-out items? 售完商品会补货吗？
Selected items may be restocked depending on demand.

3. How long does shipping take? 配送需要多久？
West Malaysia ：2–5 business days
East Malaysia ：3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons.

4. When will my order be shipped? 我的订单什么时候会出货？
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment verification.
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday only.
No dispatch on weekends and Malaysian public holidays.
付款确认后，订单将于 1–3 个工作天内安排处理。
Jerries 每周星期一至星期五出货。
星期六、星期日及马来西亚公共假期不安排出货。
5. Can I exchange my size? 可以更换尺寸吗？
Yes.
We offer one size exchange per order, subject to stock availability.

6. Can I get a refund? 可以退款吗？
We do not offer cash refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
Approved returns will be issued as Store Credit.
因个人原因申请退货，恕不提供现金退款。
符合条件者将获得 Store Credit（购物金）。
7. What payment methods do you accept? 支持哪些付款方式？
Currently we accept:
- Bank Transfer
- DuitNow QR
More payment methods will be introduced in the future.

8. When do I need to complete payment? 什么时候需要完成付款？
Payment must be completed within 24 hours after placing your order.
Unpaid orders may be automatically cancelled.
请于下单后 24 小时内完成付款。
逾时未付款的订单将可能被自动取消。
9. Do you ship internationally? 有提供国际配送吗？
Currently, we only ship within Malaysia.
International shipping is not available at this time.
目前仅提供马来西亚境内配送。
暂不提供国际配送服务。
