Exchange & Return Policy

At Jerries, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Please read our Exchange & Return Policy carefully before submitting a request.


1. Exchange & Return Eligibility 退换货申请期限

Exchange or return requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date your parcel is marked as delivered. All requests are subject to approval by our Customer Service team.

所有退换货申请，必须于收到商品后 7 天内提出。请透过我们的客服联系我们，并提供订单编号及相关资料。所有申请均需经过 Jerries 审核后方可进行。

2. Eligible Items 符合退换货条件

Items are eligible for exchange or return only if they are:

  • Unworn (trying on is allowed)
  • Unwashed
  • Free from perfume, deodorant, makeup stains, pet hair, or any odor
  • In original condition
  • All original tags attached
  • Returned with original packaging (if applicable)

Jerries reserves the right to reject any item that does not meet the above conditions.

商品必须符合以下条件：

  • 未穿着（试穿除外）
  • 未清洗
  • 无香水、体味、烟味或其他异味
  • 无化妆品、污渍或宠物毛发
  • 保持全新状态
  • 所有吊牌完整保留
  • 保留原包装（如适用）

若商品不符合以上条件，Jerries 有权拒绝退换货申请.

3. Size Exchange 尺寸更换

We understand that shopping online can sometimes be difficult, especially when finding the right fit.

For this reason, we gladly offer one (1) size exchange per order, subject to stock availability.

Size exchanges are only available for:

  • The same product
  • The same colour
  • Different size only

If your requested size is unavailable, Store Credit will be issued instead.

我们理解网购无法亲自试穿，因此提供一次尺寸更换服务（每张订单限一次）。

尺寸更换仅适用于：

  • 相同商品
  • 相同颜色
  • 更换不同尺寸

更换尺寸需视库存情况而定。

若所需尺寸已售完，我们将以 Store Credit（购物金） 方式处理。

4. Return Policy 退货政策

Jerries do not provide cash refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Approved returns will be refunded in the form of Store Credit, which can be used on future purchases.

Store Credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Jerries 不提供现金退款（Cash Refund）。

符合退货条件的商品，将退回 Store Credit（购物金） 至您的会员账户。

Store Credit：

  • 不可兑换现金
  • 不可转让
  • 仅限于 Jerries 官网使用

5. Defective or Incorrect Items 商品瑕疵或寄错商品

If you receive:

  • Wrong item
  • Wrong size sent by Jerries
  • Manufacturing defect

Please contact us within 72 hours after receiving your parcel.

Kindly include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the issue

After verification, Jerries will arrange an exchange or provide Store Credit where applicable.

If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, return shipping costs will be covered by Jerries.

若您收到：

  • 商品瑕疵
  • 寄错商品
  • 寄错尺寸

请于收到商品后 72 小时内联系我们，并提供：

  • 订单编号
  • 商品照片
  • 瑕疵或错误商品照片

经确认后，我们将协助更换商品。

若属于 Jerries 的责任，来回运费将由 Jerries 承担。

6. Non-Returnable Items 以下商品恕不接受退换

The following items are not eligible for exchange or return:

  • Clearance Sale items
  • Defect Sale items
  • Final Sale items
  • Accessories
  • Gift Cards
  • Free gifts
  • Promotional gifts
  • Customised or personalised products
  • Items marked as “Non-returnable”

以下商品无法申请退换货：

  • Clearance Sale（清仓商品）
  • Defect Sale（瑕疵商品）
  • Final Sale（最终特价商品）
  • Accessories（配件）
  • Gift Card（礼品卡）
  • 免费赠品
  • 客制化商品
  • 标示为「不可退换」之商品

7. Shipping Charges

Unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped by Jerries:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

West Malaysia Shipping Fee RM8

East Malaysia Shipping Fee RM16

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service.

Jerries is not responsible for parcels lost during return transit.

若非商品瑕疵或寄错商品：

  • 寄回运费由顾客自行承担

西马运费 RM8

东马运费 RM16

  • 原订单运费恕不退还

为了保障您的权益，我们建议使用可追踪物流，并妥善保留 Tracking Number。

若退件过程中发生遗失，Jerries 恕不负责。

9. Order Cancellation 取消订单

Orders that have been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Please contact us immediately if you need assistance before your order is dispatched.

订单一旦进入包装或出货程序，将无法取消。

10. Store Credit 购物金

If Store Credit is issued:

  • It can only be used on Official Website.
  • It is non-refundable.
  • It cannot be converted into cash.
  • It cannot be transferred to another account.

If your order total exceeds your Store Credit balance, you may pay the remaining amount using any available payment method.

若您的退货申请经审核通过，并以 Store Credit（购物金） 的方式发放，则适用以下条款：

  • 购物金仅可于官网使用。

  • 购物金不可退款。

  • 购物金不可兑换现金。

  • 购物金不可转让至其他会员账户。

若订单金额高于购物金余额，顾客可选择其他付款方式补足差额。

11. Important Notes

Jerries reserves the right to reject any exchange or return request if:

  • The item does not meet our return conditions.
  • The request is submitted after the eligible period.
  • The item shows signs of wear or damage caused by the customer.
  • Fraudulent or abusive return behaviour is suspected.

Our decision regarding exchange or return eligibility shall be final.

以下情况，Jerries 有权拒绝退换货申请：

  • 超过申请期限
  • 商品已穿着、清洗或损坏
  • 商品不符合退换货条件
  • 恶意或异常退货行为

Jerries 保留最终审核及解释权。
